Did You Know...?
…that global wildlife populations have declined by an average of 73% since 1970 and by more than 76% across Africa?
Or that in South Africa, fewer than 3,000 lions still roam free out of what once were over 100,000?
That fewer than 500 African wild dogs remain and that even elephants now face the paradox of overpopulation, habitat loss, and water scarcity?
Behind every safari photo lies a reality few people ever see: reserves that are too small, disappearing habitats, human-wildlife conflict, and the daily struggle to keep nature in balance.

Why Us ? Why Working Holiday ?
This program is for travelers who want more than just a beautiful safari photo. Here, you see exactly what your stay supports: the preservation of wildlife, the management of natural habitats, and the day-to-day work of dedicated rangers, veterinarians, and researchers.
Unlike many programs that offer staged experiences or short-term interactions, we provide an honest, behind-the-scenes look at conservation in action. You’ll witness the challenges, understand the decisions, and appreciate the complexity of protecting ecosystems: while enjoying a comfortable and well-supported stay.
Some activities contribute directly to conservation, such as observing veterinary work, tracking wildlife, or visiting anti-poaching units. Others are designed for learning, cultural immersion, and relaxation, giving you a balanced experience of education and holiday enjoyment.
By participating, you not only enrich your own understanding but also support long-term conservation efforts in a meaningful way. You’ll leave with a sense of responsibility, knowledge, and a deeper connection to Africa’s wildlife and landscapes.
In short: this is a program where comfort meets purpose, adventure meets understanding, and every moment, whether learning or relaxing, contributes to something bigger.
